Constitution

 

Article 1- Name

 

The name of the organization shall be the Fraser Valley Fusion.   (FVF)

 

 

Article 2 – Objectives

 

The objectives of the association shall be:

 

 

 

Article 3- Dissolution

 

In the event of winding up or dissolution of the Fraser Valley Fusion, the liquidators appointed shall cause all assets to be transferred to another non-profit rep program or programs with similar goals and objectives within District 8.  The condition shall be unalterable.

 

 

 

By-Laws

 

Article 1- Membership

 

1. Membership in the Association shall be composed of Minor teams, which agree to abide by and comply with the Constitution, Bylaws and playing rules of Fusion and Softball B.C.   The period of membership in each calendar year shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Board of Directors.

 

2. A member of the Fraser Valley Fusion is one who is a registered person with Fraser Valley Fusion.

 

3. A member is one of the Board of Directors appointed or selected from each Association within District 8 with a girl’s softball program.

 

 

Article 2 – Board of Directors

 

1. The Board of Directors shall be made up with up to 2 representatives from each Association within District 8 with a female softball program.

 

2. There will be a board meeting by November 15th for an election of officers after the Annual General Meeting.  At this meeting duties will be assigned to all board members (all board members must have a duty).  All Fusion Teams will One Parent Representative on the Board of Directors and they must have a duty to fulfill.
